I bought a stressless sofa, but the fit and appearance aren't what we were shown in the showroom. It took a whole month for Lucas to come by, and then another two months for the manager to check it out. I had to follow up just to get a response. They’re willing to take it back, but there’s a restocking fee of 30%. I paid £6000 for the sofa, so that leaves me with £4200, which I’ve been told I need to spend in the store again.

In our quest for a new couch, Stuart from Lucas really stepped up to assist us in figuring out what we wanted. He had a wealth of knowledge about the products they offer. After picking our sofa, we realized on the drive home that it wasn’t quite right. We called Stuart, and he was super helpful and patient, so we came back the next day to select a different one. If you’re in the market for furniture, we’d definitely recommend Lucas and their awesome team.

A buddy of mine suggested your store, and we were really happy with what we found. The whole process was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Stan, a super friendly and helpful staff member, guided us through our options. He pointed us towards a sofabed that we can't wait to get in about six weeks. There was a solid range of products to check out. We thought the advice was spot on, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. We'll definitely be telling others about this place.

Gemma Gittens, the salesperson, was super helpful, funny, and full of info. For the few questions she didn’t have the answers to, she made sure to find out what we needed, and she did it to our satisfaction. The whole experience was a breeze, and she even recalled us from a purchase we made years back.

We headed back to the Lucas store in Aylesbury after our earlier trip where we picked out a sofa, this time to check out recliner chairs. There was a ton of options, so we took our time browsing, testing, and asking questions. Tom Repton was our guide, giving us space to think things through. Once we were ready, he shared his expertise, making us feel confident that we had made the right pick. He kept us updated on the delivery progress. The recliner chair showed up today just like he said it would, and we’re super happy with our decision. Big thanks to Tom!

When we popped into the Aylesbury store on Monday to check out some sofas, Gemma was super helpful. We had already narrowed it down to two options from the Parker Knoll collection. She gave us all the info we needed to compare them at our own speed, which was great—no pressure at all! Once we finally made our choice, she was right there to help us place the order. After getting home, we realized we messed up our space calculations. Gemma was quick to adjust our order to fit our new needs, swapping the small sofa for an armchair. I placed my order with the super helpful Crina Prunoiu. She walked me through the entire ordering process, was really friendly, and kept it real about the delivery times. The communication has been top-notch from everyone involved, and I got my delivery sooner than I thought. The delivery team, Gareth and Paul, were exceptional. Even though there was a mix-up with part of the sofa, they quickly sorted it out and returned with the right piece in just a few hours. I even got a call from Jackie in customer service just minutes after Gareth and Paul left, checking to make sure everything was being handled regarding the wrong part. Truly amazing support all around. Thanks a bunch!

He really knows what he’s doing, and his chill and friendly vibe makes you feel right at home. He made the shopping experience enjoyable, which is hard to find nowadays.
